Here, he specialized in crafting customized employee health benefit programs tailored to niche Association and Affinity groups. Overseeing benefits for more than 60 small businesses scattered across the country, Tommy found joy in providing comprehensive group employee benefits.

In September 2022, Tommy made a pivotal decision to forge his own path and establish Florida Health Benefit Group.
